Ghost Story | Short Story

Sam’s Saloon is a ‘relaxed’ ghost story. Relaxed in the sense that it isn’t scary, there is no gore or blood and guts, it has no horrific elements at all.

Slightly humorous in tone, and definitely not taking itself seriously, Sam’s Saloon tells the tale of the ghosts who remain in an old western ghost town, and one of their encounters with the living.

It begs question – just who is haunting who?

The main location (Sam’s saloon bar), and some of the characters, are inspired by a certain saloon along the path of the beam. Maybe Roland himself passed through, once upon a time…
